Введение. Псевдовоспалительная опухоль (ПВО) печени является редким доброкачественным поражением, которое морфологически имитирует злокачественную неоплазию, что создает значительные диагностические трудности.

Цель работы – на клиническом примере рассмотреть критерии дифференциальной диагностики и тактику ведения пациентов с ПВО.

Клинический случай

Клинический случай. У пациента на догоспитальном этапе ПВО печени была расценена как холангиокарцинома. Окончательный диагноз ПВО установлен после малоинвазивного оперативного вмешательства на основании результатов гистологического исследования.

Заключение

Заключение. ПВО печени является редким заболеванием, которое должно быть включено в дифференциальный диагноз при выявлении очаговых образований печени. Постановка окончательного диагноза возможна только на основании комплексного патоморфологического и иммуногистохимического исследования.

Background

Background. Hepatic inflammatory pseudotumor (IPT) is a rare benign lesion that morphologically mimics a malignant neoplasm, posing significant diagnostic challenges.

Aim

Aim. To demonstrate criteria of differential diagnosis and management tactics of patients with IPT using a clinical case.

Clinical case

Clinical case. At the outpatient stage, IPT was diagnosed as cholangiocarcinoma. The final diagnosis of IPT was established after minimally invasive surgical intervention based on the results of histological examination.

Conclusion

Conclusion. Hepatic IPT is a rare disease which must be included in differential diagnosis during detection of lesions in the liver. Final diagnosis can be established only based on the results of comprehensive pathomorphological and immunohistochemical examinations.
